  Get to the MVA a little after 4 wait to get waited on till 5:30 everything is great up till then the 2 ladies on the end were wonderful joking with us about being last. Finally get called and it's this grumpy woman who wasn't friendly at all. Go through the motions of getting what we need taken care of and the bill comes to $290 my husband goes to hand her his card where she tells us their credit card machine is down. I look in my purse for a check but I don't have any on me. She wasn't apologetic at all and was more worried about the trouble we caused her because now she had to void everything out. Needless to say we were upset as we were leaving. Cop on duty made it a point to follow us out and gave him a violation for no seat belt (in a historic vehile) and spinning wheels by accident because the rear is low on oil while we were still in the parking lot at the price of $153 which is just icing on the cake of the nearly 2 hours wasted when I could have been home from work already.

  Jullie Morris helped me get my license . Very friendly person . I'm glad she's the boss at MVA , she needs to find more people like her to have an excellent service.
